His journey in real estate began in Las Vegas in 2005, where he served as a loan officer, gaining invaluable insights into the financial aspects of the market.
In 2006, he joined Keller Williams Santa Monica working the front desk, and shortly after joined one of the Westside’s top-producing teams. After years of learning from and providing value for the team, he decided to go out on his own as a solo agent while focusing his expertise on residential single-family homes. The following years saw his career flourish as he ventured into various roles within the real estate landscape. In 2010, he joined Power Property Management, overseeing a portfolio of over 1,500 rental units across Southern California, honing his skills in property management.
In 2012, he returned to Keller Williams Santa Monica, redirecting his focus to selling homes and condos throughout the Westside.
Not long after his return, he ultimately started his team with the Nick Shepherd Realty Group. He takes pride in being part of a top-producing team for multiple years, concurrently holding numerous leadership positions within the company.
The year 2023 marked a new chapter for him as he assumed the role of Team Leader for Keller Williams Advisors. In this capacity, he works closely with agents, helping them define and achieve their goals. His passion for leadership and mentorship has allowed him to contribute to the success of both individual agents and the overall growth of the office.

Kelly has been a California resident for the past 6 years by way of Florida. Kelly attended Florida State University where she focused on psychology and marketing. She is recently married and loves living in and exploring Southern California. Kelly loves being outdoors, spending time at the beach, watching football, and loving on her two rescue dogs.
She started her journey in sales for N.E.C as their Higher Education sales rep covering 5 states. She has also been actively involved in sales and marketing campaigns for multiple beverage and healthy food companies. Kelly is a fresh face in the real estate industry and ready to help buyers find their perfect home. She believes forming relationships with clients and tending to their individual needs will lead to satisfied customers.
